WestFax has partnered with SwiftPage to provide the most advanced, user friendly, broadcast e-mail system on the market today. Getting started is easy.

Use your Internet Browser to upload your HTML and image files via a simple browse and select Web Tool. Or if you are creating an e-mail from scratch, select from a variety of stored templates then simply import logos and other images and add text boxes; all online!

Don't worry about making your e-mail anti-spam compliant. Every e-mail you send will have the necessary information and opt-out mechanisms that comply with the new regulations. An Opt-Out button will appear at the bottom of every e-mail you send. Your Opt-out list will be automatically removed from all future broadcasts.

If you are sending your e-mail broadcasts with an in-house system, you know how cumbersome bounce backs can be. With the SwiftPage system, bounce backs are intercepted before going to your mailbox. They are stored in a report format that can be accessed via the Internet. This eliminates the hassle of tediously filtering through bounce backs especially when you are searching for your important replies and leads.

In-house systems also fail to provide adequate reporting. Unique Opened, Click Through, and Bounce Back Reports are just some of the available reports all at the touch of your fingertips.
