Upload a document, enter the recipient’s fax number, and send. You can also fax from email, Microsoft Teams, a Chrome extension, the mobile app, or the free Windows print driver.
No. WestFax is a cloud fax service, so everything happens online. There’s nothing to plug in and no analog phone line to maintain — you just need an internet connection.
Sign in to the Fax Console, choose Send a Fax, attach your document (PDF, Word, image, and more), enter the recipient’s fax number, add an optional cover page, and send. You can watch the delivery status in your fax history.
Yes. Incoming faxes arrive in your secure online inbox and can be delivered to your email automatically, so you’re notified the moment a fax comes in. You can read and download faxes from any device.
Yes. WestFax is a HIPAA-compliant cloud fax service, and every current WestFax plan includes a Business Associate Agreement. Faxes are protected with end-to-end encryption.
Yes. You can port your existing fax number to WestFax, or pick a new local number. The Solo plan includes one fax number; porting a number is a one-time $20 fee.
Yes. The WestFax mobile app for iPhone and Android lets you send and receive faxes, scan documents with your camera, and check your fax inbox from anywhere.
Plans start at $15/month for Solo (500 included pages and one user) and $40/month for Team (1,500 included pages, 5 users, and API access). Included pages are an allowance, not a hard cap — additional pages are billed at your plan’s overage rate. For higher volume, Enterprise pricing is custom.
